Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services and products offered by UNDRSIEGE through undrsiege.com, including studio production services, community memberships, and digital products. By booking a service, joining a paid membership, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Studio Services

What we offer

UNDRSIEGE offers two production services:

  • Basic Mixdown (€200) - A final mix of your track. The arrangement, sound selection, and creative direction stay as you made them. The focus is on getting the mix clean, balanced, and release-ready.
  • Advanced Mixdown (€400) - A more hands-on service that can include arrangement changes, drum work, sound replacement, and other production decisions beyond mixing. This is for tracks that need more than a polish.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Pricing may change, but the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay.

How it works

  1. You send your track for review.
  2. We listen and confirm whether the track is a fit for the basic or advanced service.
  3. If we confirm, you send your stems and payment.
  4. Work begins after payment is received.
  5. You receive the mix for review.
  6. Revisions are included as follows:
    • Basic Mixdown: up to one round of revisions
    • Advanced Mixdown: up to two rounds of revisions
  7. After final approval, the finished files are delivered.

A “revision” means a set of specific, actionable change requests submitted in writing (email or message). Vague feedback (“make it sound better”) does not count as a revision request - we’ll ask you to clarify.

Turnaround time

We aim to deliver the first version within 7-10 working days of receiving stems and payment. Revisions are typically returned within 3-5 working days. These are targets, not guarantees - if timelines shift, we’ll let you know.

The right to decline

We reserve the right to decline a project if we believe the track isn’t ready for either service, or if it falls outside our area of expertise. If we decline, we’ll explain why. No payment is taken for declined projects.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before we start working on your track.
  • After work begins: No refund. Once mixing or production work has started, the time and effort are committed.
  • Dissatisfaction: If you’re not happy with the result after all revision rounds are used, we’ll have an honest conversation about what’s not working. We can’t guarantee you’ll love the result, but we guarantee we’ll put in the work.

2. Community Memberships

Tiers

  • Free tier - Free. Access to the community chat, monthly demo drops, and open channels.
  • The Lab (€25/month) - Everything in the free tier, plus guaranteed feedback on up to 2 tracks per month, access to sample packs, tutorials, and content by request. 7.5% discount on one studio service booking per month.
  • Mentorship (€149/month) - Direct 1-on-1 guidance. Limited to 6 spots. 15% discount on one studio service booking per month.

Billing and cancellation

  • The Lab and Mentorship are billed monthly.
  • You can cancel at any time. No notice period. No lock-in.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period you keep access until then.
  • No refunds for partial months.

Studio service discounts

  • Lab members: 7.5% off one studio service booking per month.
  • Mentorship members: 15% off one studio service booking per month.
  • The discount applies to one booking per billing period. It does not stack, carry over to the next month, or apply retroactively.
  • You must be an active, paying member at the time of booking to receive the discount.

Mentorship application

Mentorship spots are limited to 6. To join, you apply and we have a short conversation to determine if it’s a good fit. Acceptance is at our discretion. Being declined doesn’t mean anything negative about you or your music - it means the timing, focus, or fit isn’t right.

Community rules

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the community (free or paid) for behaviour that is disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful to other members. If a paid member is removed for this reason, the remaining days of their billing period will be refunded.

3. Digital Products

Sample packs and other downloads

Digital products (sample packs, presets, templates) are delivered electronically. Once downloaded, they are non-refundable.

Usage rights

When you purchase a sample pack or other digital product from UNDRSIEGE:

  • You may use the sounds and materials in your own music productions, including commercial releases.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw files (or modified versions of the raw files) as standalone products or as part of another sample pack.
  • You may not claim ownership of the raw source material.

In plain language: use them in your tracks, don’t resell them as sample packs.

4. Intellectual Property

Your music

You own your music. Booking a mixdown or co-production service does not transfer any ownership to UNDRSIEGE. The finished track is yours.

Our work

We retain the right to use anonymized before/after excerpts of our work for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio) unless you explicitly ask us not to. We will always ask permission before using your name or track title publicly.

UNDRSIEGE brand

The UNDRSIEGE name, logo, and visual identity are the property of UNDRSIEGE. Don’t use them without permission.

Use of name and credits

You may not use the name “Siege” or any variation (including but not limited to ”& Siege,” “feat. Siege,” “featuring Siege,” “produced by Siege,” or “Siege remix”) in track titles, metadata, artwork, distribution credits, or any official communication - unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific project.

You may credit the service as:

  • “Mixed by UNDRSIEGE Labs”
  • “Mastered by UNDRSIEGE Labs”
  • “Mix & master by UNDRSIEGE Labs”

This credit is optional - you’re not required to include it. But if you do credit the work, use the UNDRSIEGE Labs name, not my personal name.

5. Liability

We put genuine effort into every service, product, and piece of feedback we provide. However:

  • We don’t guarantee that a mixdown will be accepted by any specific label, playlist, or distributor.
  • We don’t guarantee specific results from community membership, mentorship, or educational content.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

6. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Hasselt.

If you have a complaint, email mail@undrsiege.com first. We’d rather resolve things directly than through lawyers.

For EU consumers: you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes affecting paid memberships, we’ll notify members directly.
